Repotting Appointment Policy:

Thank you for choosing Bright Indirect Light Social Club for your repotting needs! Please read the following policy carefully before booking your appointment:

Booking Process:

• To book a repotting appointment, please visit our website or visit our store.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment slot.

Deposit Details:

• The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your visit.

Appointment Duration:

• Each appointment session is 30 minutes long.
• We cap the maximum number of plants to be repotted during a single session to three plants.

Drop-Off Policy:

• Customers may drop off their plants for repotting on the day leading up to their scheduled appointment.
• Plants must be picked up within one business day of the shop's operating hours after the appointment.
• Failure to pick up plants within the specified time frame may result in an additional fee for storage.

Late Arrival Policy:

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited, and your deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to receive a credit for your deposit towards a future appointment.
• Failure to cancel within the specified time frame will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Cost Estimation:

• The overall cost for repotting covers both the labor involved in the service and the cost of materials, including soil and any soil amendments that suit your plant's needs.
• Prices range between $20 to $100 per plant, depending on the size of the pot and the specific requirements.  Price is per plant.
• This price range serves as a general guideline and may be adjusted based on the scope of services required.

Payment:

• The remaining balance, after deducting the deposit, must be paid in full at the end of your appointment.

Rescheduling:

• Appointment rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done at least 24 hours before the original appointment time.

Safety Measures:

• Please adhere to any safety guidelines provided by our staff during your visit, including mask-wearing and social distancing.
